这是c. milstein建立的骨髓瘤细胞株s210的衍生株。 这株细胞具8-氮鸟嘌呤抗性，hat敏感，可与大鼠b细胞融合生产大鼠-大鼠杂交瘤。 检测表明肢骨发育畸形病毒(鼠痘)阴性。
